All human life is to be valued

Andy Leitner, in defending Israel, writes, "Murdering six million Jews is a crime which has no parallel in history".

But it’s estimated that Joseph Stalin murdered anywhere from 20 to 60 million people, and Pol Pot killed at least one quarter of his population. Why is the life of a Jew more valuable than the life of a Russian or a Cambodian? And if Leitner believes Russian and Cambodian life is not very valuable, I’m sure he feels the same way about Palestinian life. If the Israelis valued Palestinian life it’s a safe bet they wouldn’t treat the Palestinians as horribly as they do.
