Casting stones at our leaders

How easy is it to bias public views and add to the cynicism towards public office rather than encourage or objectively look at a national disaster?

I refer to your cartoon on October 21.
So often it is easier to make fun of a politician or anyone in public life without giving the facts. Journalism as well as comics(!) have a responsibility to inform as well as entertain.
Facts: Natural disaster, infrastructure unable to cope, past government failure to act and adequately plan – the list goes on.
I wonder how objective your (Stephff’s) view is of a leader who has been in power for six months(?), from a wealthy family, female with family political connections.
Let us build up and encourage our leaders to do great things for this nation in the lessons of life's trials and tribulations, saving our criticism when justified through inaction or lack of change over a season of political office.
God bless the people of Thailand during this trial.
Long live the King.
