Comments to fit any eventuality

Thaksin Shinawatra's view of life is interesting.

He claims he has not received justice during the last five years. I am sure many others would agree with this statement. His evasion of justice is a disgrace to Thailand. His contempt for the courts by his success in the past makes him feel he is immune to justice. In his letter he tells us to forgive and forget, but he believes that he has nothing to be forgiven for and wishes we would all forget.
The justice minister, who is said to have approved the “draft resolution” for the pardons, says corruption convicts and those who have not served jail time are excluded from the decree. I marked Chalerm’s words after the announcement last week. He said that there may be changes to the draft, and the line of the Justice Department has not always been followed in previous decrees.
The incidence of one minister saying one thing and another minister the opposite seems to be happening every other day.
