Outstanding work by hospital staff

Re: "MRI scan for tiger", News, January 9.
A heart-warming story to make the front-page this morning: “Meow” is getting cutting-edge medical treatment, first an MRI to identify the problem, then appropriate surgery!
May I congratulate WFFT Secretary-General Edwin Wiek, all the vets and the nurses, and of course the hospital, and the responsible staff, who took on the decision to help this animal get back his well deserved “sukhapab dee” as a new year present!
I only hope that Meow was not the victim of an oil giant’s advertising Logo: “Put a tiger into your tank!” If that was the case, the owner of the petrol station in Cha-Am, should be put in a tiger costume and chained around the neck to attract customers to maintain brand loyalty.
Happy new year and well done for all the good work.
