Haze report needed more details

This was an informative article. Unfortunately it did not inform the public about why the air is so bad. Burning is the big problem and yet all that government officials say is if it gets any worse they will ask for artificial seeding to hopefully make rain. No mention about taking action against burning, which is against the law. Just another prime example of the inability of the government to enforce laws made to protect the people. Miracle Thailand!
