The headline covering the interesting exclusive interview with Ko Ko Hlaing in The Nation is a triumph of hope over inaccuracy. He said nothing of the sort. He opined that until he knew that the military was solidly behind the reform and that it supports it fully, “I cannot say that the process is irreversible.”
