No space for balloons in the packed BTS

It must have been the first trip this Irish guy attempted on the BTS (Bovine Transport System?), otherwise he would have known that he won't be able to find any surplus space for his balloons in those overcrowded carriages.
He should also have been aware how you treat cattle during transport. The balloons would have burst the minute he would have squeezed them inside the door. So where is the problem?
