Thanks for your help, now you can go

Thaksin’s recent speech to the red-shirt rally carried a very clear message. Before this, he asked the red shirts to wage war on the Abhisit government on his behalf. Now he wants to wash his hands of any possible crime they might have committed. Thaksin wants to be the beneficiary of the red shirts’ struggle – not part of it.

This is because Thaksin has got everything he wanted: the 2011 election , a government and a majority in the House that could change a few laws to allow him to return home as a hero, not as a convict.

And from now on, only greatness for Thaksin.
