Upgrades are a step backwards

We can no longer set a reminder to change channels automatically – you have to do it manually. We can no longer organise the channels in order of personal preference. We can no longer search other channels easily while watching the selected channel anymore. Lots of other functions are no longer available as well.

When we called TrueVisions, they told us the new boxes’ software was wrong and would be fixed in a few months. A few months later and it still hasn’t been. I’d rather have my old box back. TrueVisions is the only company that upgrades you backwards and with less, while their packages get more expensive. Oh, and it still goes off if it rains hard.
