Unacceptable service

As a long-time customer of TrueVisions, I am disappointed by executive vice-chairman Sompan Charumilinda's reasoning that it is not the company's fault that customers cannot watch the Euro 2012 matches via TrueVisions' set-top box - this despite the fact

 

This is unacceptable. It is your duty to maintain the service of every channel that you promised to provide. If you cannot give the service you promised, then you must take responsibility. For you to say “customers need to accept this” is uncalled for.
This dignified complaint goes all the way to the true owner of TrueVisions: Mr Dhanin Chearavanont. How can one of the country’s most respected persons allow a company under his umbrella of control to take advantage of the public – and still maintain its respect?
