Where is the judiciary?

One can understand if the judiciary is upset by a government determined to reverse so many decisions.

However, how can they stand on their high horse and blame government for bringing them into disrepute?
Where was the judiciary in 2001 when the farcical decision was made on the share ownership of Thaksin Shinawatra? There was no judicial review even after one judge confessed to a wrong decision and there was only a majority of one: four judges fudged a “wrong court” decision but carried on with trial to scotch the result. Where was the judiciary when the court found that Thaksin was the owner of the shares which were manipulated in value by his government by taxation changes and a temporary change in regulations on foreign ownership? (Acts that are far more serious than the land scandal, aided and abetted by many in power now). The tax office believed it, giving the capital gains tax back, which was claimed because the alleged owners were not the owners. Thaksin gets off because he was not the owner and got the tax back because he was!!! Where were the judicial complaints then?
The judiciary needs to get its act together and get on with its job or are all of these crimes “out of time”(the toffs’ get-out clause)?
Governments claim unfair treatment by the judiciary. I would agree. The judiciary appear to lean over backwards to avoid prosecutions when you-know-who is involved.
