Chuwit's playing for the cameras but doing some good too

Granted that MP Chuwit's exposing of corruption, among the police, for example, is a publicity stunt to grab the spotlight, and he's nowhere to be found when there are tough nuts to crack - like holding the military accountable for the deaths at Krue Se,
But, what Chuwit’s done is far more than what the Democrats, Thaksin or his clone PM Yingluck, with their far, far larger numbers of MPs and resources, have accomplished. For example, Bangkok’s mayors have been Democrats since August 2004 – so how could the gambling dens, prostitution, etc, have flourished here for so long, if not with their implicit support? And Thaksin’s maid, driver, etc, helped reduce his taxes by millions/billions of baht by holding his stock in their names – so that you, dear reader, and I could have the dubious pleasure of paying more in taxes to make up for what should have been collected.
So I say, three chaiyos for Chuwit – but watch him like a hawk if he ever comes to power.
