Regarding the anonymous letter from an "Indignant Indian" regarding the Indian Embassy that your esteemed newspaper chose to print in your Letters section on June 30:
Consular services of the Embassy have been outsourced for the convenience of consular service seekers. All procedures for applicants have been clearly defined and well-publicised channels are available to them to get in touch with the concerned embassy office regarding any difficulties through VFS.
We are surprised that a respectable newspaper like yours has allowed itself to publish such freewheeling, defamatory and pernicious insinuations in the name of “indignation”.
