Seeping corruption will turn into floods
Re: "Corruption index worsens over first six months", Business, July 18.
The PM and the government tell us there will be no floods this year. Then we are told that big baht is being spent to clean up the waterways and canals, but when you look at the canals nothing is being done.
If the contractors have to pay an additional 30-35 per cent of the contract price as a bribe just to win the contract, we will be flooded this year.
Buy boats now, put vegetable gardens on the upstairs balconies, and get extra gas. I had a dream about an ark. How much is a cubit?
