Clarifying TrueVisions' HD upgrade

TrueVisions would like to clarify our process in handling subscribers who were required to change their set-top boxes to the HD Plus model after our upgrade on July 16.

We have two main types of household subscribers. Those who rent set-top boxes from us get full after-sales service, as well as other privileges like free additional outlets, free magazines and so forth.  For this first group, TrueVisions has swapped the boxes free of charge as well as provided up to four months of free viewing of HD channels.

For those customers who chose to buy our set-top boxes for reasons of convenience or not having to pay a rental fee, we offer three alternatives in this situation: 1) Purchase a new HD Plus box at a discounted price of Bt3,900 (full price Bt4,990); 2) Get the new HD plus box for free by subscribing to the Gold or Platinum package annually; or 3) Choose subscribe by paying the Bt2,000 deposit on a new box (which is returned on cancellation), enjoy one-month free viewing and be waived any installation fees.

As you can see, TrueVisions have made many options available to both types of subscribers.
