Condo developer on Sukhumvit flouts law
I contact you to suggest that you cover the illegal construction that started in the middle of Sukhumvit Soi 43.
H Condo (www.hcondo.com) will be a 32-storey condominium on the small alley.
This condo is totally illegal because it does not respect the 10-metre width of the soi and will cause much trouble in terms of environmental impact, safety (in case of evacuation for fire or flood), noise and dust and soil erosion.
Residents and the juristic persons of nearby buildings have submitted complaints to the Bangkok administration and police (for noise disturbance at night, even after 1am), but nothing has been done. And the administration remains silent. The developer just set up a billboard on Sukhumvit Road.
