Maybe Pheu Thai does need Abhisit

I thought Pheu Thai drummed up the draft-dodging case against Abhisit Vejjajiva just to bluff him, kind of "I know what you did last summer". I didn't expect the Defence minister to go as far as to strip him of sub-lieutenant rank.
This may lead to Abhisit’s being disqualified as an MP and banned from politics (as per Article 102.6 of the Constitution), or he may get fed up and quit politics for good, meaning the Democrats will have a new leader. Is that what Pheu Thai wants?
Here we have a guy with perfect loss record of 0-2 in general elections (it should have been 0-3 had he not boycotted the April 2006 election). My question to Pheu Thai is: When things are going your way, why try to mess it up? Leave Abhisit where he is!
