Tigers at Nong Nooch looked pitiful

The more the pity to meet three sedated tigers lying on a platform of no more than two metres in diameter, chained to a piece of iron 50 centimetres long, forcing them to lay down the whole day. One of them was lying in its own urine. How the owner, creating such a beautiful garden, can condone this treatment of these majestic animals is beyond me. How can the Thai authorities allow this cruel treatment? Is this the image Thailand likes to create? What a shame.
