Trampling on those it represents

The “people’s party” is trying to restrict the democratic right of people to have access to justice under the Constitution, claiming a right to do anything it pleases because it has a democratic mandate given to it by the people – whose democratic right it is trying to restrict. I cannot wait to hear the outcome of the appeal to the court, which itself might pass into obscurity if this government gets its way.
