I see many letters of complaint about various immigration offices.
My experiences with the office in Khon Kaen have all been positive. It’s usually not too crowded and the lines move faster than at the post office. The staff members are pleasant and efficient. They recently held a pre-Songkran celebration that was well attended by many of the foreign population. A good time was had by all.
