Never mind dogs - what about stray cats?
Play
Although there is considerable publicity about the need to get dogs spayed and neutered, what about cats?
A cat and her offspring can produce 400,000 cats in seven years! Even worse, I find it un-bearable listening to the extremely loud noises made by cats in heat. I’ve lost many nights of sleep because of them. The only humane solution is to get cats spayed and neutered.
