What television can't show you

TV host Vuthithorn “Woody” Militachinda is certainly sharing an interesting glimpse of the real Tata Young – not on TV but on YouTube. Ten minutes of an interview they taped was deemed unfit for “Woody Talk”, so he posted it online as an “uncensored” video.
Shot in a restaurant, it features them chatting like a pair of gossipy girls while Woody picks at the food on Tata’s plate and she blasts him for misquoting her. “It was you who spread the rumour that I wouldn’t participate in the 6.2.13 concert,” Tata says, referring to the recent all-star show where she did indeed perform.
Woody admitted he’d been mixed up when he told his viewers she wouldn’t be onstage. In fact, she’d told him only that her voice was too weak to carry a whole solo concert, as was planned at the time.
And another thing: Woody saw a picture of Tata and her American boyfriend Victor and thought it was Hollywood star James Franco, so he keeps jokingly referring to “her boyfriend James”.
“What kind of TV host can’t remember a name?” Tata shrieked. And why did Woody say she’d “carried” him home from Miami, “like he’s a narcotic or something”? He’s her first farang boyfriend, she pointed out protectively, “and you know I don’t normally like farang.” Woody started counting fingers, as if to tally up her loves. “You’re exaggerating!” she screamed.
“Isn’t it more fun having a farang boyfriend?” Woody asked. Yep, she said, but he’s rather possessive. Jealous guys try to fatten up their girls to keep other men from ogling, Woody teased. Tata said she’d had a possessive boyfriend before. “Your ex-husband”? Woody asked. “I never got married!” she hollered.
Woody came right out and asked about her weight. Tata admitted she’s annoyed to be getting bigger despite dieting. Then she remembered Woody having his own struggles and seemed about to mention a diet aid he was “taking”, but he grabbed her hand in mid-gesture to shut her up.
And this is why YouTube is better than television!
