	Usually, I agree with Songdej but the British press supported the view that the relationship between Queen Elizabeth and Margaret Thatcher was friendship as well as formal. The Queen had many PMs but only one woman. They were just two women together in a man&rsquo;s world. One expected all around her to do her bidding and the other was Queen Elizabeth II.</div>
