Minister, I don’t think anybody has seen studies proving the feasibility of the major projects you propose. Where are those studies? For example, as a former logistics instructor, I fully agree that we need to vastly improve our railway system – but where are the facts and figures that show that we need high-speed trains? You talk the talk, sir, but I don’t see you walking the walk.
