The whole process should not take more than six months. Yet it’s now nine months and nothing has happened. When I tried to google information to find out what happened to the bill, all I came up with were my own newspaper letters asking what had happened to the bill!
This has become a charade. The animals are still suffering. Still, I’d be delighted if someone would and prove me wrong.
