A daughter of Krisdamahanakorn Plc chief executive Yongyutt Chaipromprasith and Siam Paragon executive Mayuree Chaipromprasith, Chanchakorn believes the project will greatly benefit the students by helping them improve their knowledge in a creative and relaxing facility.
Little by Little was inspired by her experiences as a child studying in Australia and then America. She saw how technology and creative projects provided the best education and how the students fared better when they had a comfortable area to hang out while studying.
“I wanted to bring this style of learning to Thailand,” she says, “so I gathered my friends together to start this project, based on the idea that ‘Knowledge doesn’t only exist in a book’. The library will become a place where children love to spend time studying.”
An avid photographer herself, Chanchakorn invited famed lensman Pornpoj Karnchanahatakij – best known as Sixtysix Visual or @sixtysix – to help raise money by selling 50 autographed original photos for Bt3,000 apiece.

Meanwhile the Shasa Resort and Residence Koh Samui and Bangkok Airways are offering project volunteers vouchers for travel and accommodation.
