Mothercare Thailand recently celebrated the opening of its new store at CentralWorld by inviting three celebrity families to discuss the merits of the world-renowned brand.

Natthawut and Pornthip Sakidjai, Pachara and Sutita Panyayong and son Patrick, and Palawi Bunnag Issara along with her daughter Torsang, shared their experiences of pre-natal care, breast-feeding and safe transport for babies.
Lldarin Nandhabiwat of 3LN, the sole franchisee of Mothercare in Thailand, told the audience that trust was a key element in allowing the brand to continue as a major player in what is a highly competitive market.
“Many of our current Mothercare customers were advised to try our products by their mothers and even their grandmothers. In the past, Thai families had to travel overseas to buy Mothercare products but since we opened in Thailand 10 years ago, they find it more convenient to buy the quality products here.
“We now have nine stores around Bangkok, the newest and largest of which is this one at Central World, and we’ll soon open a tenth store in Pattaya.”
The crowd at the event also had fun cheering on the winner of a contest organised by the Mothercare fan page on Facebook. Her reward: one minute to shop for free in the new store.
Mothercare offers a wide range of products including skin creams and lotions, nursing bras and comfortable clothes for mothers to wear after delivery to everything for children from birth to the age of 10 from bottles, baby carriages, furniture, car seats, pushchairs, toys as well as clothes and shoes.
