The number of train-related accidents is worrying, but the government is neglecting this problem, letting accidents happen again and again.
Most train travellers are poor. I wonder if the government would improve the railways is they were rich. I predict that railway quality and safety will improve no further.
This news story will fade away and be forgotten until the next accident. There is only one effective way to get the government’s attention: we will have to wait for a serious accident in which many people are injured or killed and no one wants to take the trains anywhere anymore. Then the government will start to look at this problem and order someone to take care of it.
