When Thaksin said of his critics: “Why are they so afraid of me?” he went overboard in his self-gratification. Those who are afraid of Thaksin and keep kow-towing to him want something from him for their personal gain – either money or position.
The people besides these simply demand good governance and exemplary leadership from politicians. They will never stop until their demands are met. And Thaksin is their main target. Thaksin should stop talking. As the old saying goes: silence is golden.
