The delicious taste of success

The doughnut that had Thais queuing up for hours - and even spawned a side business that saw fans paying others to stand in line on their behalf - recently celebrated its third anniversary with a bash at its Siam Paragon store.

Ausanee Mahagitsiri Leonio, chief executive of KDN, the exclusive franchisee of Krispy Kreme in Thailand, is delighted that the one-of-a-kind doughnuts have won such a warm response from Thais.
“We’re passionately committed to bringing our tasty doughnuts closer to or customers by raising the number of our outlets. The expansion will increase convenience for our customers,” she says.
As a token of appreciation, KDN has decided to deliver even greater happiness by naming young actor Jirayu “James” Tangsrisuk as its first brand ambassador.
To mark the third anniversary, Krispy Kreme’s Siam Paragon store now exudes a “birthday-party” atmosphere through a redecoration that combines Krispy Kreme’s signature tone with extra fun and buoyancy. The “Doughnut Theatre” is also open, allowing customers to step closer and see how the much-loved Krispy Kreme doughnuts are made.
