Vivacious at Veneto
Greasy Café, Moderndog and Tattoo Colour are among the acts playing at the latest edition of the "Season of Love Song" festival
Ratchaburi’s much-loved winter music festival returns for a fourth edition this month with a new theme – “The Magic of Love” – and a new venue, Veneto Floating Market in Suan Phung.
“We are looking forward to welcoming music lovers for a romantic night out,” Yannakorn “Por” Apirajkamol, managing director of organiser Booze Plus, told guests during the press conference at Siam Paragon’s Infinity Hall.
“I’m sure everyone will enjoy the fairy tale ambience at Veneto.”
Booze Plus set the scene for would-be festival goers, decorating Infinity Hall with scented candles from the province’s well known Ban Hom Thian centre.
Thasachai “Kee AF 5” Chanaattakarn and Danaipatra Pibulsonggram, aka DJ Love of Seed 97.5 FM, hosted the press conference and screened scenes from the three last music festivals.
Taking part this year are such popular artists as Greasy Cafe, Rose, Da Endorphine, Big Ass, Getsanova, Klear, Moderndog, Sixty Miles, Musketeers, POP, Tattoo Colour, Superbaker, Friday, Armchair, Better Weather and Nakarin “Pang” Kingsak.
“It will be a day full of love,” says the managing director. “In addition to the concert, the audience can take a pictures, buy souvenirs, and taste a variety of different foods. The festival will end with the floating of lanterns. We’re also donating some of the proceeds to the district to support its projects.
