The past weekend brought seminars that thrashed out ideas for reform. Everybody was right but none offered a practical solution.
Crux of the issue is what should come first, the election or the reform. Common sense tells us to correct the ills first before implementation.
This should be the target for attaining a sustainable solution, not the details, which are less significant and cannot be fixed without much talking.
