This is why James Ji stays unreachable

Jirayu "James Ji" Tangsrisuk had his first press session of 2014 yesterday, surrounded by a surging mob of reporters who have come up with a nickname for the actor that's not the most flattering thing you've ever heard. Soop-ta Devada means "unreachable s

Evidently he earned the moniker because, for the last quarter of 2013, James was constantly bombarded with criticism that he wasn’t as accessible as other stars. He was blowing that whole reporter-celebrity give-and-take thing. Most of the time his manager took the blame for keeping him aloof.
Asked this week how he felt about this reputation and the new nickname, James Ji kept cool and said he had no hard feelings about it. “It means you guy miss me – and I am glad!” he beamed.
The reporters blushed and looked at their feet, but then they asked about astrologers predicting that he’ll soon switch managers. James indicated that he’d heard no such forecast, and insisted, “I will not change. I will not do anything.”
Okay, said the press, starting to get cocky again, what about the rumour that the handsome young man seen hugging a woman in one of those juicily indecisive “leaked videos” is in fact James? The actor swore it’s not him. “No, I have never done that. It couldn’t be me!” He’s never hugged a woman?

Revolution no fun
Fear and loathing of the imminent “Bangkok Shutdown” extends to movie buffs, many of whom have been ranting on the social media about Channel 7’s abrupt cancellation of plans to broadcast the Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s Golden Globe Awards on Monday morning.
They were supposed to air live from 8 to 11am, but Channel 7 will instead be carrying “Shutdown” updates – ostensibly as part of its responsibility to keep the public informed.
It will televise the Globes nearly three days late – on Wednesday from 1am to 3.30am.
If you’re in that much of a fuss to see the Oscars warm-up show, you should be subscribing to TrueVisions’ Fox Movie Premium HD channel, where the Globes go live on Monday at 7am.
