The president of Central Food Retail along with executives of Central Food Hall and Tops, expressed their appreciation to clients of the scheme through a fabulous dinner created by chef Ian Kittichai.
The menu included scallops with Japanese style sour sauce, egg salad with smoked salmon, slow roasted pork belly with a marinade made of Manuca honey and seared beef tenderloin.
The meal ended with a delightful dessert of strawberries with crispy meringue and soft cream.
Mariam B5 and Ben-Chalatit entertained guests with ballads while feng shui master Chang Thosaporn Sri-Tula was on hand to offer tips.
