Thailand was like a house with an electric-circuit breaker. But the house had faulty wiring that constantly tripped the breaker. Instead of dealing with the root of the problem, one man said “to hell with the breaker, we can do without it!” So he yanked the power-line out of the breaker and connected it directly to the house. Bam! The house is alive again. He wiped his hands and shrugged amid thunderous applause. “Piece of cake,” he humbly said.
We are happy now because there are no more disruptions to power. We have forgotten what the breaker is for.
