Disrespect being shown for Thai sovereignty

I am against any military coup and I condemned General Prayut for carrying out the latest one. But what's done is done and you can't turn back the clock, so let's give him moral support and wish him the best in what he is trying to do.

I condemn those Thais – especially the ones who were educated abroad and write regularly to certain newspapers – who launch daily tirades against General Prayut just to flaunt their prowess in English. One result of this is that international media are tempted to think, “Hey, Thais treat their leader like a fool, why don’t we do the same?”
Yet to all media alike, Prayut’s official title is not “coup leader”, nor “military dictator”, nor “self-appointed prime minister”, but “prime minister of Thailand”. Please honour the title; it is bestowed by our King in line with the official charter.
Regarding the murder of two Britons on Koh Tao, the British government is acting like its citizens have never met with foul play on its own soil. And don’t tell me that Scotland Yard has no unsolved murder cases. Sweep your own back Yard before meddling with Thai police over the Koh Tao case.
You don’t have to kowtow to our national sovereignty, but don’t denigrate it.
