Security at Siriraj Museum should be tightened

Re: "Arrest warrant sought for American man over missing body parts", National, November 18.

I had been to Siriraj Museum a few months ago. I think security at the museum is insufficient. Although security staff take the identification cards of visitors on the first floor before they proceed to the second floor and there are some surveillance-cameras, but there are no staff standing at each point of medical displays.
Visitors are not being prohibited from bringing bags into the museum and also the bags are not checked when they leave.
Many body parts were placed in a cabinet or displayed without a glass panel, exposing them to the risk of being stolen or damaged.
Security at the museum must be tightened without creating difficulties for the visitors.
