Dermaster's "Royal Lift" is a gift to ageing complexions

EVEN IF you’re already taking care of your skin, you should really pamper it once in a while to fend of signs of ageing and restore that natural glow. That’s where Dermaster, a new wellness institute, comes in, with its Royal Lift treatment designed to soothe tired skin and give it back its suppleness.
As we age, we produce less supportive collagen and the facial skin’s structure starts to sag. The Royal Lift utilises cutting-edge technology that administers heat through radio frequency. The heat is pushed deep into the skin, stimulating the lymphatic gland and blood circulation.
The result is restructured subcutaneous tissues, leaving you with firmer but still supple skin.
The treatment has four stages, beginning with enzyme peeling. Using a solution of natural exfoliating ingredients, it loosens clogged pores and brightens dark spots. Once the dead, dull skin is peeled away, the body’s own self-repairing system is able to start generating new skin.
Next up is the radio frequency treatment. A rich serum is applied to the face and then the heat – actually warm rather than hot – is directed into the deepest subcutaneous tissues. This activates fibroblast cells that create collagen.
This non-surgical tightening treatment is primarily used to treat skin laxity and is best suited to people with mild to moderate sagging, especially around the forehead, under the eyes, and on the cheeks, jaw line and neck. The serum, combined with radio frequency, allows better penetration of nutrients, making your skin soft and radiant, with more elasticity.
The third procedure is cyrotherapy, in which heat at low temperature is used to decrease cell growth and increase cellular survival. It shuts off the membranes and traps the constructive nutrients inside to stimulate the development of collagen.
Last comes a “marine mask” rich in antioxidants, which fully covers the face and restores the skin’s balance and brightens the complexion. It also helps seal in moisture and nutrients for a longer-lasting effect.
The two-hour Royal Lift costs Bt9,900.
Dermaster also offers a full range of sophisticated aesthetic-enhancement solutions, from plastic surgery and body slimming to hair transplantation, using highly developed medical technology and patient-oriented services.
Dermaster’s state-of-the-art facilities include four private beauty centres together covering nearly 2,000 square metres – for plastic surgery, hair restoration and transplants, skin laser and aesthetic treatments and body slimming.
