Old cronies set to carve up the cake once again

It is unlikely that the party with the most members will be won over by the voting system, as it is rigged to make every government a multi-party coalition - or a single party-led collusion of the 2001 and 2004 governments.
The 2000 and 2004 governments excluded the Democrats under the old rules. Now they will get even fewer seats to barter with.
If the CDC wants all the old cronies carving up the cake among them again, it is going about it in exactly the right way.
