With lese majeste law being used so often and unsparingly as has been the case recently, to apply it against Thaksin would only create more controversy and disunity in our country – not justice.
Thais should allow this slip of the tongue on the part of Thaksin to pass without doing anything in return. It’s not worth the trouble to create a ruckus over this bad-mouthing incident from Thaksin.
By doing what he did, Thaksin has made a joker out of himself already.
