Thaksin's route back into politics?

Perhaps it would be a good idea for former Thai prime minister Thaksin, who has passport problems and is also facing a jail sentence at home, to apply for citizenship of that hospitable country. Perhaps former foreign minister Surapong Tovichakchaikul can help with the passport. Who knows, Thaksin might even be made governor of Kiev.
