In response to questions from your regular correspondent, Eric Bahrt, as a candidate for the US presidency, I would like to offer these answers.
Regarding America’s special role as the world’s policeman, if we don’t do it, who will? Russia doesn’t want it, China would like to but is too busy in its own sphere, and the European Union is cleaning up its financial messes.
The only other country that could do it is Greenland, one of the most stable countries on the planet. However, Prime Minister M Kielsen is reluctant to take it on.
No! It has to be us. We’ve got the right approach in telling other countries how to run their affairs while we’re in a mess at home!
On the question of Israel, well, let’s just say there are a lot of influential and wealthy people in the US who know how to sway our political leaders. Nudge, nudge, wink wink!
The issue of drugs is a major problem and we throw as much money and resources at it as possible. While you might think these are being wasted, it does keep a lot of potentially unemployed people employed, and all those law enforcement officers and court officials as well.
As regards the livestock food industry, my idea would be to ban all livestock production and turn the country into a totally vegan society. We can sit around all day chatting and chewing on Fescue grass from the Chambers Bay golf course, venue for the US Open!
