Are we destroying the wrong drugs?

Isn’t there a better way to dispose of this crap? It’s polluting. Next up, let’s see authorities dispose of 10 tonnes of pharma drugs. Scientific studies show that pharma drugs kill more people than all illegal drugs combined. We should also gather as many bottles and cans of alcohol as possible, and dump ’em in the sea (also polluting, sorry), as it’s been shown that alcohol is more harmful, cumulatively, than all illegal drugs combined. Is alcohol more harmful that pharma drugs? We don’t know, but don’t expect any studies on this issue, as the alcohol and pharma drug kingpins are too well connected with politicians and the police/army to allow any such studies.
