With smartphones in almost constant use – whether for listening to music, watching videos, browsing Facebook, taking photos, and occasionally even making calls – the power bank has today become a vital accessory, the gadget you simply cannot afford to leave home without.

The P13 has a large 13m000 mAh capacity that allows you replenish your iPhone 6/6s five times and the iPhone 6 Plus and 6s Plus about three times. The power bank itself takes five hours to recharge.

Unlike other power banks that have only one micro USB port for refilling themselves, the P13 has dual inputs – a micro USB and a Lightning port. This allows iPhone and iPad users to cut down on the number of cables they need to haul around. Better still, the P13’s battery can be replenished fast because it accepts the same 2.1 amps current as the Apple devices. It can recharge your smartphone fast too as it sends out the current at the rate of 2.1 amps as well.

The P13 has a strong build with an aluminium casing and nine safety circuits to protect itself and your smartphone. The safety circuits are output over-voltage protection, |output over-current protection, output short-circuit protection, ripple and peak control, input over-voltage protection, input over-current protection, |over-charging voltage protection, over-charging current protection, over-discharging voltage protection and over-discharging current protection.

For example, you don’t have to fear overcharging the power bank and don’t have to worry that the power bank will explode your smartphone through overcharging.

It has one full-size USB port for connecting to a recharging cable and your smartphone.

You can press the power button on the front to check the remaining battery. 

When the power bank is full during its own recharging, all the four LED lights will turn blue.

I used it to replenish an iPhone 6 and it worked fine, recharging iPhone 6 five times after one full charge.
