Koh Tao murder case based on dubious DNA

Where is the damning evidence in the Koh Tao murder case?

DNA samples. But according to Thai forensic experts and Jane Taupin, one of the top DNA experts in the world, there are serious doubts about the “100-per-cent match” on which the guilty verdict was based – yet, strangely she was never heard as a witness.
Two murder convictions have been deduced from problematic DNA materials, or what else are the murder convictions based on?
But a rape in itself does not constitute a murder? So how is the murder described and proven by evidence by the prosecution and understood by the judges?
It looks like the “facts” presented as evidence are not going beyond a rape case and hardly that. Scaringly DNA from most of us could link us to this rape, so weak is actually the so far damning DNA proof presented.
