Jatuporn Prompan gave a refreshingly balanced interview about post-coup politics.
He admitted the red shirts had made mistakes in the past and Thaksin’s flight had been a costly lesson. He even admitted that a future Thaksin return is a dim prospect and concluded with a sober analysis of the forthcoming referendum on the constitution. If Jatuporn carries on like this, he just might become the next unelected prime minister who everyone is talking about.
