American retailer Aeropostale brings its summer threads to Bangkok

AEROPOSTALE, the American shopping mall-based speciality retailer of casual wear and accessories for the young set, has just landed in Bangkok, opening its first shop-in-shop at Robinson Fashion Island. Spread over 200 square metres, it is offering the latest collection of trendy apparel and accessories in bright colours and attractive prints that are easy to mix and match and just right for summer.
They come in four themes. The Deep Blue Sea series evokes a holiday mood of the beach and the ocean with smart cropped blouses, T-shirts and shirts with classic motifs and adorned with flower-inspired trims. The Indigo Groove edition goes hippie with plenty of patchwork and tie-dyeing to create different shades of blue on T-shirts and polo.
The Spring Break line is all about being girly with white dresses embroidered with different motifs, lace-trimmed T-shirts and denim shorts and sandals. The Water Garden theme, meanwhile, draws inspiration from a romantic flower garden with pastel pink, yellow and green dominating the floral prints on tank tops, T-shirts and shirts.
Aeropostale is opening a new outlet at Robinson Rangsit on Wednesday and at the department store’s Sri Racha and Rama 9 branches next month. Find out more at www.Aeropostale.com.
