BMA needs to purge itself before cleaning up Bangkok
The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) has announced an intention to clean up the polluted Saen Saeb Canal within two years.
A proposal to purge the BMA itself would also be timely, courageous and for the public good.
