President Trump will be extremely dangerous as he seems unstable

Re: “How to prevent a Trump presidency” and “Advocate democracy? Then you must accept POTUS Trump”, Letters, November 24 and 25.

I doubt if I have ever wholly agreed with some of Eric Bahrt’s proclamations but on this occasion I do concur, unlike with Clare Holzer’s attempt to defy psephological reasoning in support of a skewed electoral system, and comparing it with all that revisionist nonsense about the military coup being approved by a “majority of the population”. The difference in US election votes cast in favour of the greater and lesser of two evils, and emphatically in favour of the latter, amount to the population of a small city.
Anyway, Bahrt is absolutely correct; despite all the hyperbole and froth emanating from within and without the self-importantly named Trump Tower, it should be clear to anyone with an IQ reaching three digits that this man is extremely dangerous, and may be perhaps borderline (or worse) unstable. He has already hinted at nepotism with regards to wanting his brood to acquire top secret security clearance, in itself a major conflict of interest, and that’s before the issues of blind trusts and him having his finger on the nuclear trigger. That’s enough to keep the GOP, the Pentagon and the Democrats awake at night. Not to mention the rest of us.
