The Nickelodeon channel is premiering the highly anticipated “Legends of the Hidden Temple” on April 10 at 5pm, an original TV movie inspired by the network’s popular ’90s game show of the same name. The rebroadcast is on April 14 at 11.30am.
Isabela Moner from “Transformers 5”, Colin Critchley and Jet Jurgensmeyer join the original TV show host, Kirk Fogg in the 90-minute action-adventure movie, which tells the story of three siblings who embark on a high-stakes, life-or-death mission.
Sadie (Moner), Noah (Critchley) and Dudley (Jurgensmeyer) break away from a lacklustre tour of a jungle and finded themselves immersed in adventure comprised. They must overcome a succession of obstacles to get out alive.
The movie has elements from the original game show, including Olmec, a talking stone head, the Steps of Knowledge leading into the temple, and cameos from a green monkey, red jaguar and silver snakes.
Starting on Monday (March 20), fans can visit the “Legends of the Hidden Temple” page at Nick-Asia.com/legends to view additional content, including bloopers, sneak peeks and behind-the-scenes videos of the cast.
